Our club offers parents an opportunity to submit an application for consideration for a membership fee discount for one or multiple children within the same family. Commencing immediately the application can be completed electronically via playmetrics. To apply for a reduced membership fee each player needs to be registered in the playmetrics portal and the initial incremental payment completed. This initial payment is eligible for refund however this is not guaranteed.
The application period will end March 1st 2026 and at that time our Financial Assistance Program Director will the be contacting applicants via the email address included in the players registration profile to share the outcome of their application.
Our goal is to ensure all players regardless of their financial background and or ability to pay full membership fees is afforded an opportunity to earn the right to participate on one of our teams. With limited funds available we attempt to provide equitable discounts.
Those families who receive a fee reduction will be expected to fulfil some form of voluntary services during the season that will be designated by the Financial Assistance Program Director.
